Connexions: School Careers Event

Connexions will be holding a careers event at Colton Hills School on Thursday 3 December 2015 to raise awareness of the importance of career choices to current year 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 students and their parents, and make them aware of the range of options and opportunities available to them. The event will allow students and their parents to meet and talk with representatives from local agencies, organisations, providers and employers to increase their occupational knowledge.

The event will be attended by the Black Country Skills Factory who will be showcasing the Manufacture your Future careers resources and Quadrun app. The pros and cons of academic, vocational and apprenticeship engineering career pathways will also be communicated to young people and their parents.
